Project Administrator | Civil Construction
n We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join a busy civil construction project, providing essential support to the Site Manager and project team. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you'll play an integral part in keeping project administration, documentation, safety, and compliance running smoothly.
n This chance is ideal for someone with previous experience in civil construction who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in being organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
n Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Site Manager and project team
n
- Maintain project documentation, registers, drawings, specifications, and RFIs
n
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, weather logs, and equipment records
n
- Assist with document control, quality records, inspections, and defect reporting
n
- Track material deliveries and maintain accurate site records
n
- Support site safety and compliance by maintaining documentation, inductions, and inspection records
n




- Ensure project documentation aligns with company procedures and client requirements
n
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support project delivery
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience as a Project Administrator, Site Administrator, Site Clerk, or similar role within civil construction
n
- Strong administration and document control skills
n
- Understanding of construction processes and project documentation
n
- Experience supporting site safety, compliance, inductions, SWMS, or quality systems will be highly regarded
n
- Previous supervisory or Leading Hand experience is advantageous but not essential
n
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
n
- Confident communicator who enjoys working closely with site teams
n
