Greater Group is seeking an experienced Contract ArchiCAD Documenter to support our team on a number of exciting, high-profile hospitality, retail and commercial projects across Australia.

This is an excellent chance for a highly skilled ArchiCAD professional who can quickly integrate into an established project team and produce accurate, high-quality documentation with minimal supervision.

About the Role

n

n
- Initial 2–3 month contract, with the opportunity to extend up to 6 months based on project workload.
n
- Hybrid working arrangement, including 2–3 days per week in the office (project dependent), with the balance working from home.
n
- Positions available in either our Melbourne office (Canterbury, VIC) or Sydney office (Lavender Bay, NSW).
n
- Immediate start preferred.
n
- Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Produce detailed documentation packages in ArchiCAD.
n
- Prepare accurate plans, elevations, sections, joinery drawings and construction details.
n
- Revise documentation in response to consultant, client and internal design feedback.
n
- Coordinate documentation with architects, engineers and specialist consultants.
n
- Ensure documentation complies with the National Construction Code (NCC), relevant Australian Standards and project-specific requirements.
n




- Work closely with the project design team to deliver documentation to programme and deadlines.

About You

n

n
- Minimum 3 years' experience using ArchiCAD in a professional design or architectural environment.
n
- Highly proficient in ArchiCAD with demonstrated documentation experience.
n
- Able to hit the ground running and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
n
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and documentation.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
n
- Experience working on hospitality, retail and/or commercial projects will be highly regarded.
n
- Must have your own computer capable of running ArchiCAD efficiently for remote working and office base.
