Job Description

Guilda in Victoria, Australia is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator / Operations Manager to oversee scheduling, packing and dispatch of customer orders, ensuring accurate picking, documentation and shipping while upholding quality, safety and service standards.

You will prepare shipping documents, liaise with transport providers, update customers, process orders in the ERP system, assist with stock control and reporting, and support continuous improvements in dispatch processes.
