About the Role

n

Lead a small crew of formwork carpenters and labourers on a commercial highrise project in Brisbane CBD fringe. You'll work hands-on alongside your team while reporting to a site supervisor who provides strong operational support. This is a full time, direct engagement with the company — not labour hire — with an immediate start and a clear pipeline of ongoing Brisbane projects to follow.

Duties

- Supervise a crew of formwork carpenters and labourers on a commercial highrise
n
- Coordinate daily task allocation and set out works from construction drawings
n
- Maintain safety and quality standards across all formwork operations
n




- Liaise with site supervisors and coordinate with other trades on siteAssist on the tools as required to keep works on schedule
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter or Leading Hand on commercial projects
n
- Strong knowledge of commercial formwork systems (e.g., Doka, PERI, or equivalent)
n
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
n
- Current White Card (mandatory)
n
- Strong leadership, communication, and crew coordination skills
n
