About the Role
n We are seeking a qualified and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our growing team on a full- time basis. The successful applicant will perform a broad range of mechanical servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and inspections while ensuring all work is completed safely and to manufacturer specifications.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using specialised diagnostic equipment.
n
- Perform servicing and scheduled maintenance on a variety of motor vehicles.
n
- Repair and replace engines, transmissions, clutches,
braking systems, steering, suspension, and other mechanical components.
n
- Conduct post-collision mechanical inspections and repairs.
n
- Test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure roadworthiness.
n
- Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation.
n
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and maintain a clean workshop.
n
- Work collaboratively with panel beaters, spray painters, and other workshop staff to ensure timely completion of repairs.
n
- Ensure all work meets Australian industry standards and manufacturer specifications.

Skill & Experience
n
n
- Hold an AQF Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
n
- Have at least one (1) year of relevant full-time post-qualification work experience
n
- Demonstrate solid diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
n
- Be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
n
- Have excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
n
