What You'll Do
n

- Lead shifts and support the day-to-day operation of the venue
n
- Coach and develop team members to perform at their best
n
- Maintain exceptional service,
presentation and compliance standards
n
- Support stock control, cash handling and venue reporting
n
- Resolve customer concerns with confidence and professionalism
n
- Help drive team performance and deliver outstanding guest experiences
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Experience leading teams in a pub, hotel or similar hospitality venue
n
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating excellent guest experiences
n
- Confidence leading teams during busy service periods
n
- A hands-on leadership style that supports, coaches and brings out the best in others
n
- Current Queensland RMLV and Approved Manager Licence (essential)
n
- Availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
n
