PA Architects is an established architectural practice at Stones Corner, in Brisbane. We specialise in commercial, retail and interior projects.

A full-timepositionis availablefor an Architect or Revit drafting technician with mid-level to high experience to join our team. Applicants would possess the following requirements:

- Preference given to applicants who are a Registered Architect;
n
- Expertise with REVIT (and preference given to also possessing experience withAutoCAD);
n
- Minimum 5years full time experience after registration;
n
- A working knowledge of the BCA, relevant Australian Standards and typical local authority requirements.
n

Consideration may also be given to applicants who have valuable project managementand architectural design experience, but may not necessarily be a registered architect.

n





The successful candidate wouldbe able to commence employment as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Design and concept documentation ofvarious commercial and retail projects;
n
- Assist with the preparation of detailed specifications and details;
n
- Assist with project management of various projects;
n
- Assist with the contract administraton phase of various projects;
n
- Be able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects;
n
- Work with a team of external consultantsand assist to coordinate their documentation;
n
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, consultants and other staff members;
n
- Ability to work autonomously and also as part of a team.

Salary is negotiable and based on ability and experience.
