About the Role

n

You'll take ownership of end-to-end scheduling, ensuring jobs are planned efficiently, customers are kept informed, and teams are aligned to deliver high-quality outcomes.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Coordinating and scheduling glazing jobs across multiple regions
n
- Interpreting job details to ensure accurate planning and execution
n
- Partnering with glaziers and internal teams to manage timelines and expectations
n
- Keeping customers informed with explicit, proactive communication
n
- Managing high job volumes and competing priorities with confidence
n
- Working with third-party providers to support job delivery where required
n
- Maintaining accurate, real-time updates across systems
n
- Using Simpro daily to schedule, track, and manage job workflows
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes
n

About You

n

You're organised, solutions-focused, and confident managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

n

n
- 3-5 years' experience in planning,



scheduling, or coordination roles
n
- Strong Simpro experience (highly regarded) or similar job management systems
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
n
- Clear, professional communication skills with a strong customer focus
n
- A proactive mindset with a natural ability to problem-solve
n
- Experience within trades, construction, or service-based industries is advantageous
n
