Job Description

Sheraton Port Douglas is seeking an AYS Supervisor to lead the Guest Services team and ensure smooth operations at 168-190 Port Douglas Road, Port Douglas, QLD. You will manage room assignments per guest requests, answer inquiries, verify billing, and build guest relationships to drive repeat bookings.

Working rights in Australia are required, and prior OPERA PMS experience is essential to succeed in this role within our energetic hotel team.
