As a Semnior Storeperson you will provide support in the execution of day-to-day business requirements to ensure efficient and on- time delivery of inventory. This includes planning, preparation, documentation and packaging of required items in line with Aggreko standards.

What you'll do as Senior Storeperson :

n

n
- Perform tasks for inwards and outwards goods.
n
- Control and record all incoming and outgoing equipment movements.
n
- Maintain accurate inventory data and stock levels using internal systems
n
- Analyze stock take results and investigate variances.
n
- Ensure adherence to inventory processes, procedures, and controls.
n
- Conduct spot audits and on-site inventory checks as required.
n
- Work closely with Operations, Logistics, and Projects teams.
n




- Maintain all documentation for accurate inventory management.
n
- Attend to external delivery vehicles for all incoming and outgoing deliveries. Ensure all deliveries are movements of cargo are performed safely and on time.
n
- Maintain accurate account of inventory in central store warehouse.
n
- Action time sensitive inventory requests for spare parts in stock.
n
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders
n
- Communicate with vendors to resolve problems related to deliveries and returns.
n
- Comply with all QHS&E; policies and procedures.
n
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
n

You are:

n

n
- Minimum 2 years Warehouse experience
n
- Current vehicle and forklift license required
n
- Heavy Rigid license is preferred
n
- Ability to learn inventory ERP system quickly and gain knowledge of products, people and locations.
n
- Proficient in MS Office – Teams, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
n
- Positive communication and time management skills
