Become the founding Centre Director of a beautifully designed boutique service, with experienced childcare owners providing hands‐on support throughout the journey.

We are seeking a high‐calibre leader to help bring our centre to life from the very beginning, working closely with the Approved Provider to build, shape and lead a service designed to exceed expectations — for children, families and educators.

Seed Academy is a premium, boutique, family owned and operated early learning service located in Gymea, which will cater for 47 children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Opening October/November 2026 pending service approval.

Commencing August/September 2026, with a key focus on recruitment, family engagement, occupancy building, educational leadership and service setup ahead of opening.

What You'll Be Doing

- August/September start for October/November open

- Leading the pre-opening setup of the centre
n
- Recruiting and building a high‐performing team
n
- Designing beautiful, engaging learning environments
n
- Implementing a high‐quality, play‐based program (Reggio-inspired)
n
- Conducting tours and building strong family relationships
n
- Driving enrolments and occupancy growth
n
- Embedding systems aligned with the National Quality Framework
n
