As part of this initiative, they are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Configuration Specialist to join a collaborative project team and play a key role in the successful delivery of a high-profile Workday implementation.

About the Role

n

We're looking for an experienced Workday Test Analyst to support the ongoing enhancement and optimisation of a large-scale Workday environment. This role combines both manual and automation testing, with a focus on ensuring high-quality delivery across Workday HCM and integrated enterprise applications.

n

Working within an Agile delivery team, you'll be responsible for planning, designing and executing test activities while helping to mature the automation capability using modern testing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Design and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts for Workday enhancements and releases.
n
- Perform manual functional, integration, regression, system and end-to-end testing.
n
- Develop,



maintain and execute automated test scripts using Playwright, Selenium and/or Tosca.
n
- Validate Workday integrations and data flows across enterprise applications.
n
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers and Product Owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
n
- Identify, log and manage defects through to resolution.
n
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement and release activities.
n
- Contribute to improving automation coverage and testing best practices.
n
- Support production deployments and post-release validation.
n

About You

n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Proven experience testing Workday, ideally across HCM modules.
n
- Solid background in both manual and automated testing.
n
- Commercial experience with one or more of the following:n n
- Playwright
n
- Selenium
n
- Tosca (Tricentis)
n

n
- Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
n
- API and integration testing experience.
n
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
n
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
n
