Join a well‐established pharmaceutical manufacturer specialising in high‐quality personal care products. We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator with strong GMP knowledge and a background in regulated, high‐volume production environments.

- Ongoing contract with potential for permanency

- Monday–Friday, Day Shift (7am–3pm)
n
- Located in Melbourne's South‐Eastern Suburbs
n

Key Responsibilities

n
- Operate, monitor, and adjust automated and semi‐automated production machinery
n
- Perform accurate product packing, labelling, and in‐process quality checks
n
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and escalation mechanical issues
n
- Troubleshoot minor machine faults to minimise downtime and maintain line efficiency
n
- Adhere to GMP, SOPs,



and all site safety and compliance requirements
n
- Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement initiatives
n

About You

n
- Previous experience in afast‐paced pharmaceutical or food manufacturing setting
n
- Previous experience as a line setter or line leader ishighly regarded
n
- Proven capability as a Machine Operator working with filling, packing, or labelling equipment
n
- Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated troubleshooting skills on production lines
n
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to product quality and compliance
n
- Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and support smooth line performance
