Coppabella QRI Camp is seeking passionate 1st and 2nd-year Apprentice Chefs to join our close-knit kitchen family. If you have a strong passion for food, a great attitude, and want to get a head start in the booming camp kitchen industry, we want to hear from you!

This is a DIDO (Drive-In, Drive-Out) role. Local candidates from the surrounding region are highly preferred. Camp facilities avaialble for DIDO applicants.

Roster: Select your preferred roster (Monday - Friday, 4 or-3-off or 7 on-7-off).

What You'll Bring to the Team:

- The Basics:



Current 1st or 2nd-year Apprentice Chef status with a genuine passion for food.
n
- Certifications: Food Handling Certificate is required.
n
- Attitude: A positive mindset, strong willingness to learn, and a true team-player spirit.
n
- Skills: Good customer service skills and excellent organizational habits.
n
- Presentation: Presentable, clean, and professional appearance on the floor.
n
- Logistics: Ability to manage DIDO travel to Coppabella camp.
n

Your Day-to-Day:

n

- Work closely on the floor with our Senior Chef to master your trade.
n
- Assist in preparing high-quality meals to support camp kitchen requirements.
n
- Maintain strict food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
n
- Interact positively with camp residents, delivering excellent customer service.
n
