Due to continued growth, we are seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced NDIS Support Workers to join our team in Toowoomba, Warwick and Stanthorpe QLD.

About the Role

n

As a Support Worker, you will provide tailored support to NDIS participants with varying needs, including psychosocial disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and complex behaviours.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Assisting participants with daily living activities (personal care, meal prep, household tasks)
n
- Supporting community access and social participation.
n
- Implementing individualised care plans and behaviour support strategies.
n
- Encouraging independence, choice, and control.
n




- Maintaining accurate progress notes and reporting.
n
- Supporting participants in achieving their NDIS goals.
n

- Confident supporting participants with complex needs and behaviours of concern.

Essential Requirements:

n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
n
- Working With Children Check (QLD Blue Card)
n
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
- Valid Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
n
- Strong communication and documentation skills
n

Desirable:

n
- Support Independent living (SIL) support experience.
n
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or similar.
n
- Experience with mental health, SIL, or high intensity supports.
n
- Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards.
n
