THE ROLE — Your Impact

As the Moulding Manager, you’ll lead a hands‑on team in a fast-paced environment where time & task management are key. This your chance to really drive continuous improvement of people & process.

What You’ll Be Doing (IMPACT)

- Building a strong, positive team culture focused on consistency and continuous improvement.
- Plan and schedule machines and people to ensure consistent levels of output.
- Investigate root causes of process and machinery issues, and implement resolutions.
- Run daily structured team meetings communicating goals, progress, feedback and wins.
- Maintain and lift quality standards, collaborating with other departments to resolve issues quickly.
- Drive efficiency using Lean thinking, 5S, and standardised work practices.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- This is a full-time 5 day a week role based at our Singleton NSW (Hunter Valley) manufacturing facility. Hours are flexible but are typically 4AM - 12:30PM or 6AM - 2:30PM.
- We are unable to offer sponsorship – applicants will need to have valid working rights in Australia.
- Applicants will be required to undergo a medical assessment (including Drug & Alcohol screening) prior to commencement of employment.
- All applicants will be required to provide a National Police Check prior to commencement of employment.
