What we're looking for

We're seeking a full-time Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Martin Place Procedure Centre. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional patient care during the admissions process, surgical procedures, and the recovery phase.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Assisting with the preparation and set-up of the operating theatre
n
- Collaborating and assisting the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
n




- Monitoring patients' vital signs and overall condition during surgical procedures
n
- Providing compassionate and attentive nursing care to patients in the recovery room
n
- Documenting all relevant patient information and ensuring accurate record-keeping
n
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment
n
- Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and policies
n
- Commitment to the growth of our department
n

About you

n

n
- Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse with a current practicing certificate
n
- Experience in perioperative fields, Admissions, Anaesthetics, Scrub/scout, and recovery
n
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with patients, families, and the healthcare team
n
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
n
- Flexibility to adapt to the demands of a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
