The role
n We're seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Receptionist / Customer Service Officer to join our Cairns clinic full-time. This is a great opportunity to kickstart a career in allied health: you'll be the friendly face and voice of the clinic, provide practical administration experience, and have a clear pathway to long-term development.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Welcome and support clients in person and over the phone with warmth and professionalism
n
- Book and manage appointments and clinical diaries efficiently
n
- Process payments and insurance claims accurately
n
- Manage client records, correspondence and clinic systems
n
- Provide administrative and client support to clinical staff
n




- Proactively contact clients to assist with scheduling and follow-up
n
- Respond to enquiries with empathy and clear communication
n
- Maintain a calm, clean, organised and professional reception area
n
- Uphold clinic policies, procedures and confidentiality requirements
n

About you

- Helpful, positive attitude with a desire to build strong client rapport
n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n
- Transparent, professional verbal and written communication
n
- Comfortable working in a structured, busy setting and confident with computers (Microsoft Office)

- Dependable team player who takes initiative and brings energy
