Programmed are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Yardperson to join a busy equipment hire operation in Tamworth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, values teamwork, and can maintain high standards in a dynamic yard environment.

- Full-time hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
n
- Stable, ongoing employment

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
n
- Preparing, cleaning, and maintaining hire equipment
n
- Cleaning and servicing portable toilets and site amenities
n
- Assisting customers with loading and unloading equipment
n
- Supporting office and operations staff as required
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe yard environment
n
- Conducting equipment checks and reporting defects
n
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
n
- Current Forklift Licence (mandatory)
n
- Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, transport, construction, or similar environment
n




- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
n
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
n
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety
n
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
