Flowers Freightline Pty Ltd is a road freight transport company and are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Time Transport Allocator/Yard Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for someone with a strong background in interstate transport with a can‐do attitude.

Salary $100,000 - $120,000 + Super

Company Ute and mobile phone provided

Yard located in Tahmoor NSW

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Communicate and allocate jobs to drivers
n
- Manage driver compliance with fatigue, safety, and chain‐of‐responsibility requirements
n
- Support drivers with problem-solving and troubleshooting throughout the day
n
- Communicate with customers regarding requirements and bookings
n
- Scheduling and invoicing
n
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our yard
n
- Loading and unloading trailers
n
- Verify vehicle availability, maintenance status and defect management before dispatch
n

About You

n





You will Ideally have:

n

n
- Proven experience in transport coordination, including scheduling and rostering
n
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
n
- A positive attitude and commitment to developing positive customer and employee relationships
n
- Computer Skills
n
- Understanding of NHVL, NHVAS & WAHVA
n

Completed training or willing to obtain:

n

n
- TLIF0006Administer a fatigue risk management system
n
- WA WorkSafe Administrator Training
n

n

Must have requirements

n

n
- Car Licence
n
- Forklift Licence and be a skilled operator
n
- Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
n
- Strong Transport Industry Experience
n
