People & Culture Manager-Hybrid- $120,000 - $130,000 + Super + Car

A growing, values-driven organisation is looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead its people function and partner closely with operational leaders across multiple sites.

n

About the role

n

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the People & Culture function across the business and oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, performance, leadership development and wellbeing.

n

You will work closely with operational managers across multiple sites and play a key role in supporting organisational growth, strengthening culture and driving continuous improvement.

What you'll be responsible for

n

n
- Leading the People & Culture function and managing the P&C; team
n
- Partnering with leaders to provide practical HR advice and coaching
n
- Managing employee relations, performance and workplace matters
n
- Driving recruitment and workforce planning initiatives
n
- Improving onboarding, engagement and retention strategies
n
- Leading employee engagement and pulse survey initiatives
n
- Developing leadership capability across the business
n
- Implementing people projects, systems and process improvements
n




- Ensuring compliance with Fair Work legislation and HR best practice
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- 3+ years proven experience leading a People & Culture or HR function
n
- Strong employee relations and performance management capability
n
- Experience supporting multi-site operational teams
n
- Hands-on recruitment and talent acquisition experience
n
- Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with leaders
n
- Experience driving engagement, retention and culture initiatives
n
- Solid understanding of Fair Work legislation
n
- Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills
n
- Experience within commercial cleaning, facilities management, aged care, disability services, community services, social housing, healthcare, hospitality, logistics or other operational service-based environments will be highly regarded.
