Aurora Construction Materials is redefining the way concrete and quarry materials are produced and delivered across Victoria. As a rapidly growing supplier of concrete, crushed rock, and sustainable aggregates, we're expanding our transport network and looking for motivated Lorry Owner Drivers (LOD's) to partner with us.

Aurora has very solid connections into the Melbourne civil, residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure markets.

The Opportunity

n

We're seeking experienced and professional owner drivers to support our operations across Melbourne's South East (Clyde North, Pakenham, Officer, Nar Nar Goon and surrounding areas).

n

As a Lorry Owner Driver, you'll operate your own truck (concrete agitator) while partnering with Aurora to deliver high-quality concrete to our customers. Delivery in our industry is more than just dropping off the product. Our LOD's play a vital role in the quality and consistency of our concrete. They are also the face of Aurora to our customers, meaning a real and tangible opportunity to provide an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Delivering ready-mixed concrete safely and efficiently to customer sites

n

Maintaining a high level of professionalism as a representative of Aurora

n

Managing your own vehicle to a high standard (cleanliness, maintenance, compliance)

n

Working closely with plant staff, schedulers, and site personnel

n

Ensuring all deliveries meet quality and customer expectations

n

What You'll Need

n

Successful applicants will need to obtain (if they don't already have):

n

Valid ABN (Australian Business Number)

n

Appropriate insurances in line with cartage agreement requirements

n

Relevant licences and tickets (HR or higher, White Card, etc.)

n

A well-maintained concrete agitator truck that meets the Aurora specification (or willingness to invest in one)
