At MEKE Baby, we're on a mission to redefine the way parents feed their babies. From e-commerce success to national retail rollouts with some of Australia's biggest retailers, we're entering an exciting phase of growth and looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

This isn't your typical admin role. You'll work directly alongside the founder, gaining hands-on experience across customer experience, operations, logistics, retail and e-commerce. One day you might be helping launch a new product, the next supporting a major retailer or solving customer challenges that shape the future of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

- Respond to customer enquiries via email, and website channels
n
- Manage warranty claims, product support requests and customer follow-up
n
- Assist customers with orders, returns and exchanges
n
- Monitor customer feedback and escape recurring issues
n
- Deliver the best standard of customer care and communication, our families mean everything to us.

General Business Support

n

- Provide administrative support to the founders and team
n
- Conduct research and data entry tasks
n
- Assist with event preparation and coordination
n
- Help ensure projects remain organised and on schedule
n

About You

- Highly organised with robust attention to detail
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused
n
- Confident using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
n
- Strong problem‐solving skills and initiative
n
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
n

Desirable Skills

- Customer service experience
n
- Shopify experience

- E-commerce or retail experience

- Content, graphic design or creative skills.
