About the Role

n

Wonderland RV is looking for experienced Caravan Builders, Cabinet Makers and Internal Finishers to join our team on a full-time basis.

n

These are hands‐on roles covering caravan construction, cabinetry, furniture installation and internal fitout and finishing.

n

Depending on your skills and experience, you may work primarily in one section or across multiple areas of the production process.

n

We are looking for reliable and skilled people who can start as soon as possible.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

Caravan Building

n

n
- Construct and assemble caravan floors, walls and roofs
n
- Install timber and aluminium framing components
n
- Fit wall panels, roof panels and other structural components
n
- Install internal and external caravan components
n
- Fit doors, windows, hatches and related components
n
- Carry out general caravan construction, assembly and repair work
n
- Check measurements, alignment and overall fit throughout the build
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve construction and fitment issues
n
- Work from plans and specifications to ensure each caravan is built correctly
n

n

Cabinet Making and Furniture Installation

n

n
- Manufacture and assemble caravan cabinets, furniture and storage units
n
- Install kitchen cabinets, overhead cupboards, wardrobes and bathroom cabinetry
n
- Fit benchtops,



kickers, drawers, doors, shelves and storage lids
n
- Install bed bases, island‐bed units, seating frames and internal furniture
n
- Fit drawer runners, hinges, handles and other cabinet hardware
n
- Modify cabinetry and panels where required to achieve the correct fit
n
- Read drawings, plans and cutting lists
n
- Check cabinet alignment, door gaps and finishing quality
n
- Complete adjustments and repairs to cabinetry where required
n
- Ensure all furniture and cabinetry are securely installed for caravan use
n

Internal Fitout and Finishing

n

n
- Install fridges, washing machines, microwaves and other appliances
n
- Install toilets and bathroom accessories
n
- Fit internal and external window finishing components
n
- Install tables, table legs, TV mounts and smoke alarms
n
- Install upholstery, footrests and metal bed frames
n
- Fit kitchen kickers, cutlery boxes and storage lids
n
- Install sliding doors and concertina doors
n
- Fit robe hanging rails, key holders and fire extinguishers
n
- Install safety rails and bunk ladders
n
- Prepare and install panels around hot‐water systems and other equipment
n
- Complete bed, storage and island‐bed finishing work
n
- Check the fit, finish and function of installed components
n




- Troubleshoot and resolve fitment issues as they arise on the production line
n

General Responsibilities

- Work from plans and specifications to meet quality standards
n
- Work alongside other trades and production sections to keep builds on schedule
n
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area at all times
n
- Follow all OH&S; procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience as a Caravan Builder, Cabinet Maker, Joiner, Carpenter, Internal Finisher or Fitout Tradesperson
n
- Experience in caravan, RV, marine, furniture, cabinetmaking, construction or manufacturing environments will be highly regarded
n
- Strong practical skills and confidence using hand and power tools
n
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing a clean, skilled finish
n
- Ability to read plans, drawings and work to specifications
n
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, assemble and install components
n
- Good problem‐solving skills and the ability to resolve fitment issues
n
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a team environment
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n
