The Role

n

Responsibilities may include:

n

n
- Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
n




- Managing vendor and customer relationships, resolving invoice/payment queries.
n
- Generating invoices, billing customers, and following up on outstanding receivables.
n
- Preparing reconciliations, supporting month-end processes, and assisting with reporting.
n
- Using accounting systems such as MYOB, Xero, SAP, or large ERP platforms.
n
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties as required
n

The Ideal Person

n

You may come from a background in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or both, with experience gained in the commercial sector, not-for-profit organisations, or other finance environments. You bring strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry and reconciliations, and confidence using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

n

With well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, you enjoy building positive relationships with suppliers and customers. Most importantly, you are a collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive finance function.

Salary / Rate

n

- $70K – 95K + Super
