You have a verifiable track record of improving revenue, profitability and client satisfaction in a complex, high-pressure property or Strata setting.

You've achieved all you can where you are and are ready for the next challenge: growing a large Strata division by increasing revenue, profitability, productivity and Client NPS.

This isn't a role for someone who simply maintains the status quo.

Your job is to create measurable improvement, not maintain existing performance.

You'll be expected to identify opportunities for improvement, make sound decisions under pressure, solve complex operational challenges and build a culture where productive people thrive and clients receive exceptional service.

This is a demanding leadership role where your results will be measured. If you can't demonstrate a history of improving productivity, profitability and client satisfaction while leaving every operation stronger than you found it, this role isn't for you.

As Head of Strata, you'll lead multiple teams and be responsible for producing a growing, profitable Strata division with increasing Client NPS scores and high client retention.
