Experienced Scaffolding Team Leader – Latrobe Valley

O&M; is currently seeking an experienced Scaffolding Team Leader for upcoming projects and maintenance activities across the Latrobe Valley.

We are seeking candidates with the following attributes:

n

Proven leadership and robust organisational skills

n

A team player with a proactive attitude towards safety, teamwork, and high-quality work

n

Industrial experience preferred

n

Able to pass a comprehensive pre-employment process including:

n

Medical assessment

n

Drug & alcohol screening

n

Musculoskeletal fitness test

n





Able to provide a minimum 5-year employment history with contactable referees

n

Required Qualifications and Licences:

n

Valid Construction White Card

n

Working at Heights certification

n

Current Confined Space certification

n

Scaffolding & Rigging experience in industrial or power industry settings

n

HRWL – Scaffolding (SA/SI), Rigging (RA/RI), Forklift (LF) and Elevated Work Platform (WP) – Desirable

n

Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

n

Current CPR certificate – Desirable, but not essential
