Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we're looking for experienced professionals to join our team.

We are currently seeking an experienced, trade-qualified Leading Hand to join our Mackay-based team.

n

Applicants must have the following:

n

Relevant trade qualification, such as a Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent

n

Valid Construction Industry White Card

n

Current valid Australian Driver's Licence

n

Demonstrated experience within the building and construction industry

n

Previous experience in a Leading Hand, Team Leader or similar role

n

Ability to lead and coordinate a team and day-to-day site activities

n





Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings and specifications

n

Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

n

About the Role:

n

Based in Mackay, you will be involved in a range of building projects across Central Queensland.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a robust work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to lead and work effectively within a team environment. Working alongside Project Managers, team members and other trades, you will play a key role in delivering quality projects and supporting the continued growth of our building operations.

Please note, this position is based in Mackay and is suited to applicants living locally in Mackay and the surrounding region. This is not a FIFO role.
