Job Summary

- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
n
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to promote positive employee engagement and advocacy.
n

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Act as a single point of contact for management within a respective region on all matters involving grievances, disputes, misconduct, performance management policies, and procedures.
n
- Lead workplace investigations,
including confidential whistleblower investigations, and make recommendations to senior executives regarding outcomes.
n
- Attend Fair Work Commission hearings, court proceedings, and other events as required.
n

Requirements
n
n
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industry Relations, Human Resources, or relevant field (or equivalent experience).
n
- At least 7 years in a senior generalist human resources position, with at least 5 years of specialist employee/industrial relations experience managing complex cases in a multi-site setting.
n
- Comprehensive understanding of the theoretical and practical application of the Fair Work Act and other statutes.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
