Position Overview

n

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a High-Risk Trainers and Assessors to join our team. We offer both full-time and contractor opportunities.

n

This role is based across our Bankstown and Blacktown training facilities, as well as at various client workplaces, and involves delivering training and assessment for a range of nationally recognised courses, including the following units:

n

Elevated Work Platform Under and Over 11m

n

Forklift and Order Picker

n

Dogging and Rigging

n

Bridge and Gantry Crane

n

Scaffolding Basic and Intermediate

n

Working Safely at Heights

n

Confined Spaces and Gas Test Atmospheres

n

First Aid

n

White Card

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Ensure all training meets industry standards, safety regulations, and RTO compliance requirements.

n

Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date training records and documentation.

n

Keep current with industry trends, equipment updates, and best practices.

n

Travel to client sites as required,



including occasional work away from home.

n

Requirements

n

Hold at least one of the qualifications listed above

n

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)

n

Demonstrated industry experience and the ability to provide currency.

n

Experience in delivering courses in a training environment

n

Willingness to travel as required.
