Join our dedicated and friendly team at Open Endoscopy as an ENDOSCOPY Registered and Endorsed Nurse on a casual basis. This role will see you providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures in our state-of-the-art Day Hospitals located in Coburg and Sunshine, VIC.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting with the preparation and set-up of endoscopy suites and equipment
n
- Monitoring patients before, during and after endoscopic procedures
n
- Administering medications and providing nursing care as directed by medical staff
n
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
n
- Ensuring a high standard of infection control and patient safety at all times
n
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
n
- Substantial experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, particularly in endoscopies and colonoscopies
n
- Demonstrated expertise in infection control, patient monitoring and medication administration
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with patients, families and the healthcare team
n
- Solid organisational abilities and the capacity to work calmly under pressure
n
- A commitment to providing the highest standards of patient-centered care
