An exciting chance is now available for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our dynamic and growing team. A competitive remuneration package is on offer within a quick-paced, collaborative environment supporting operations across industrial, engineering, and project-based sectors.

As the primary point of contact for mechanical operations, the Mechanical Supervisor leads and mentors a team of Mechanical Fitters and Apprentices working in close collaboration with the Head of Manufacturing and cross-functional departments to meet challenging production schedules, technical specifications, and compliance obligations.

The role is responsible for maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing workshop environment while driving continuous improvement, cost control,



and alignment with our strategic business objectives.

- Mechanical Fitter Trade or Mechanical Engineering qualification
n
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position
n
- Valid Australian Drivers licence
n
- Strong communication skills and safety-first mindset
n
- A commitment to working in a protected manner and adherence to safe work systems
n
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
n
- Ability to comply with the CS GAS and common industry "Fitness for Work" policiesDesirable
n
- Previous experience in a similar industry
n
- Familiar with the requirements of working within a potentially explosive of flammable area
n
- Oil & Gas and /or CBM industry experience
n
- WHS Qualifications
n
- Experience working within an environment of Quality Management Systems and Safety Management Systems.
