My Guardian is seeking a Head of Client Engagement for a 12-month contract to lead the national client engagement function and oversee intake, onboarding and support coordination teams. You will drive client growth, retention, and partnerships while ensuring compliance with Aged Care and NDIS frameworks.
The role reports to the Client Engagement General Manager and requires exceptional stakeholder engagement, leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced, relationship-driven workplace.
