We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to be the voice of data behind critical business decisions, helping shape the experiences of millions of customers across one of Australia's most iconic brands.

You'll dig into messy, complex data and turn it into prototypes, dashboards and recommendations that people actually act on. This is a hands-on role -heavy on SQL and Python, grounded in modern cloud data platforms and focused on making technical work land with a non-technical audience.

You'll work closely with both business and technical teams to speed up good decisions and raise the bar on data quality across the board.

n

Responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and define data-driven solutions that deliver customer, commercial, and operational value
n
- Analysing and interpreting data using SQL, Python, and modern visualisation tools to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and support strategic decision-making
n
- Developing dashboards, prototypes, and proof-of-concept solutions to demonstrate value and refine requirements with stakeholders.
n
- Translating complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences
n
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, contributing to solution design, documentation, and delivery
n
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across data quality, analytics capabilities, and reusable assets to enhance business outcomes

Skills we are looking for:

n

n
- Strong SQL & Python
n
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks or similar)
n
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools
n
- Understanding of data modelling principles
n
- Experience working with large enterprise data sets
n
- Knowledge of data governance, metadata and data quality concepts
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communcation skills
n
