The Opportunity

Due to growth, we are seeking a skilled labourer to join our Melbourne based Retirement Living site team working across a variety of locations predominately from Keilor to South Morang and Doncaster. This key role will report to a Site Manager and work on a portfolio of multiple unit turnovers from start to finish. Some key responsibilities include:

- Day-to-day tasks with a focus on fix and fit off.
n
- Work closely with key subcontractors
n
- Adhere to OHS policies and procedures
n
- Ensure construction projects are built in line with building regulations and to schedule.
n

- Skilled labourer who shows initiative and professionalism

- Experience in residential construction
n
- Competent multitasker with the ability to work on multiple small projects simultaneously
n
- Ability to work in a close-knit team

- Valid driver's license and White Card
n
- Exhibit high attention to detail and pride in workmanship
n
