What you will do

- Lead and manage an engineering team, owning their growth, delivery and performance
n
- Collaborate with Product and Architects to break down work and guide solutions
n
- Allocate tasks, set priorities and manage incidents while maintaining product quality
n
- Mentor engineers,



foster a high performing cooperative culture and lift our engineering standards

- Continuously improve our processes and the way our team works

What we are looking for

- Strong .NET experience with hands on design and delivery
n
- Proven leadership or Tech Lead experience with the ability to grow and inspire a team
n
- Deep knowledge of microservices, event driven architectures and domain driven design
n
- Commitment to engineering best practices, test driven development and high quality systems
