The Role

n

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager (Supply chain & eCommerce) to take ownership of our end‐to‐end supply chain from factory to customer. The role involves managing global inventory, production planning, freight, and 3PLs across Australia, the US, UK, and Asia.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Oversee supply for 150+ SKUs across multiple factories, 3PLs, and Amazon FBA sites
n
- Lead forecasting, purchasing, inventory planning, and shipment coordination
n
- Manage freight partners and optimise sea/air mix for cost and speed
n
- Build reporting dashboards, SOPs, and streamline operations systems
n
- Support retail expansion into the US and UK with EDI and big‐box requirements
n

What You'll Bring

n

n




- At least 3+ years in operations/supply chain for a physical product brand (100+ SKUs)
n
- Proven Amazon FBA and Shopify experience
n
- Shipped from multiple factories in Asia to international warehouses and Amazon FBA, and worked with big box retail & distributors
n
- Robust with data, dashboards, and metrics like OTIF, landed cost, and IPI
n
- Skilled in managing 3PLs and international freight
n
- Bonus: fluent Mandarin or Cantonese, experience with EDI/big‐box retailers
n
