Randstad is currently seeking a dedicated grounds person to join our client's Landscapes team. If you are passionate about maintaining high-quality public spaces and love working outdoors, we want to hear from you.

- Uniform provided

- Gross weekly pay up to $1600PW
n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Maintain and manage gardens, turf, trees, and bushland to enhance community parks and reserves.
n
- Perform general horticulture preparation, landscaping, weed control, and irrigation maintenance.
n
- Carry out minor parks construction, general maintenance, and litter collection.
n
- Safely operate and maintain manual, power, air-operated tools, small plant, and council vehicles.
n
- Set up worksite traffic control and signage in compliance with safety standards.
n
- Strictly adhere to Workplace Health,



Safety, Workplace, and Quality guidelines.
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Experience in landscaping, or parks and gardens maintenance.
n
- Capability to operate small plants, machinery, and various power tools safely.
n
- Valid driver's license (MR/HR license or Traffic Control ticket highly regarded).
n
- Commitment to workplace safety, team culture, and environmental standards
