World Gym Brendale is currently seeking an energitic, high performing, results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis.

In this position you'll be selling the best product in the "WORLD" - FITNESS!!

The Role:

n

n
- As a Membership Sales Consultant your primary responsibility will be achieving individual and team goals and targets as set out by the Directors and Club Manager.
n
- The role involves prospecting, touring, closing and getting referrals for future sales. You will actively seek new leads for the club, representing the Gym in a positive and qualified manner.
n
- Work effectively as part of a team responsible for the growth of the club
n
- Strive to meet individual and team sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive gym membership growth.
n
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through various outreach strategies, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
n
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members to encourage retention and loyalty.
n
- Develop a deep understanding of our gym's facilities, services,



and membership options to effectively communicate value to customers.
n
- Creating brand awareness within the community
n

What you need to be successful

n

n
- Have at least 1 year's experience in a Sales or similar role
n
- Be reliable, proactive, punctual, professional
n
- Have exceptional communication skills and a fantastic work ethic.
n
- Be experienced in working to KPI's
n
- Be seeking full time work
n
- Have passion and knowledge for health and fitness.
n
- Be a financially motivated personwith a natural drive to achieve individual and team goals.
n
- Be confident in using social media platforms for marketing purposes.
n
- Experienced in proactive lead generation and outreach
n
- Flexible to work on a team roster, including weekends and evenings if required.
n
- Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
n
- Sales training will be provided with more on-the-job training
n
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates (if not holding, would be willing to acquire).
