About the Role
n
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide safe,
high-quality patient care across a variety of acute healthcare settings while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
- Delivering person-centred nursing care.
n
- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care.
n
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.
n
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
n
- Adhering to infection prevention and medication safety standards.
n
- Adapting confidently to different clinical environments while delivering exceptional patient care.
n
To be considered, you must have:
n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
- Minimum 12 months of recent acute hospital experience in Australia or recognised overseas experience from New Zealand, UK, Ireland, USA or Canada.
n
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
n
- National Police Check.
n
- Evidence of current COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations.
