Looking for an prospect with an Australian industry leader?

n

This role is initially a 12-month parental cover and works with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager to develop and deliver the ANZ annual marketing plan and drive the end-to-end execution of the plan. This is a true in-house generalist role working across all marketing touchpoints with a strong focus on content development & copy writing. This role is supported by a Graphic Designer and an external media agency.

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Supporting the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager to develop and execute our strategic plan and annual activities
n
- Own the management of our franchisee local territory marketing support service focused on helping execute our franchisees local territory marketing initiatives
n
- Lead the creative ideation, copywriting and production of marketing communications across multiple channels including ATL, social, digital, web, print and internal comms.
n
- Oversee the output of the graphic designer to ensure campaigns and content produced are on brief and on brand
n
- Own the social content plan and execution including the development and editing of basic social assets
n
- Support with the implementation of SEO and AEO initiatives on the website
n




- Oversee execution of marketing components of internal conferences and industry events including stands
n
- Oversee the development of the monthly BAU report, competitive reviews and ad hoc post implementation reviews
n
- Develop content for presentations to support Head of Marketing
n
- Assist with the development of marketing schedules and calendars
n

Our Ideal Candidate has the following experience:

n

Proven marketing experience required

n

Experience working in franchise highly regarded

n

Experience with editing suite and design tools such as InDesign highly regarded

n

Highly developed ability to work autonomously and problem solve

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

n

Strong creative development & copy writing ability

n

Ability to work to tightdeadlines and juggle competing priorities

n

Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
