What you'll do

n

- Project lead work across the design, delivery and tender phases for multi‐year/packaged work for turnkey projects.
n
- Ensure timely and quality of delivery for project and structural engineering work in support of relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards – and in alignment with schedules and budgets.
n
- Handle ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with local clients.
n
- Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.
n
- Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for the team.
n
- Mentor, train and develop the careers of junior engineers.
n
- Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.
n

About you

n

n
- Bachelor to Masters' level degree (Civil/Structural Engineering)
n
- 5‐8 years industry experience in the Property and Building space within consulting.
n
- Commercial experience in Australia on local medium/large engineering projects is essential.
n
- Well versed in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging in scale and sector e.g. commercial, retail, defence,



health, education.
n
- Solid proficiency in all‐round structural engineering design including post‐tensioned concrete.
n
- Track record of effective cross‐discipline project delivery.
n
- The ability to lead, train and mentor junior engineers across technical and project delivery aspects.
n
- Naturally curious, passionate, adaptable & ready to do the kind of work the world needs.
