Must Have Skills:

- Strong hands-on L2support experience with IAM applications (Forgerock / Ping)
n
- Experience withForgeRock stack (Directory Services, FRIM, FRIG)
n
- Proficiency inGroovy scripting
n
- Solidunderstanding of Java (debugging, minor enhancements)
n
- Experience withKubernetes and containerized environments
n
- Hands-onexperience with mTLS, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML
n
- Experience withSplunk and New Relic for monitoring and log analysis
n
- Familiarity withCodefresh and GitHub Actions for CI/CD
n
- Knowledge ofIncapsula (Imperva) or similar WAF solutions
n
- Strong understanding of IAM, security protocols, and authentication flows

Roles and responsibilities:

n

n
- Provide Level 2 support for IAM platforms including Ping AM (Access Management) and ForgeRock stack
n
- Monitor, triage, and resolve production issues related to authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle
n
- Support and maintain ForgeRock Directory Services (DS) environments
n
- Manage configurations and troubleshooting for FRIM (ForgeRock IM) and FRIG (ForgeRock IG)
n
- Develop and maintain Groovy scripts for customization and automation
n
- Implement and troubleshoot mTLS (Mutual TLS) and secure communication channels
n
- Investigate issues using monitoring tools like Splunk and Current Relic
n
- Support Kubernetes-based deployments and containerized IAM workloads
n
- Assist with CI/CD pipelines using Codefresh and GitHub Actions
n
- Work with Incapsula (Imperva WAF) for traffic filtering, security rules, and troubleshooting
n
- Perform Java-based debugging and minor code enhancements
n
- Participate in incident management, RCA, and problem management
n
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with security best practices
n
- Support release deployments and environment stability across Dev/Test/Prod
