About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department and ensure the efficient supply of genuine parts to our Service Department, wholesale customers and retail guests.

n

This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving team performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the department operates efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

n

Lead, coach and support the Parts team to achieve departmental objectives.

n

Ensure customers receive professional, accurate and timely parts service.

n

Oversee parts interpretation and quotation accuracy.

n





Monitor parts availability, back orders and delivery timeframes.

n

Ensure all parts are correctly invoiced and charged to repair orders.

n

Manage inventory accuracy, including stock discrepancies, lost sales and special orders in line with manufacturer requirements.

About You

n

You will bring:

Previous experience managing or supervising an automotive Parts Department.

n

Strong leadership and team development skills.

n

Excellent parts interpretation and inventory management knowledge.

n

Experience with dealership management systems.

n

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

n

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

n

The ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining accuracy.

A proactive approach to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
