We are looking for a hands-on, relationship-driven Assistant Branch Manager to help lead our established Coffs Harbour team.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Assistant Branch Manager to help lead our team in Coffs Harbour. Working closely alongside the Branch Manager, you will dual-focus on operational excellence and driving business growth.

What the Role Looks Like

n

Working side-by-side with the Branch Manager, you will help run smooth operations and build trade relationships across the Coffs region.

n
- Team Leadership: Supporting, coaching, and keeping the branch team motivated.
n
- Customer Relationships: Looking after key trade accounts and welcoming walk-in customers.
n
- Branch Operations: Keeping stock accuracy high, coordinating daily deliveries, and ensuring a safe yard/counter environment.
n
- Continuous Improvement: Helping the branch hit service standards and growth goals.
n

What We're Looking For

n

You don't necessarily need 10 years of plumbing experience—we can teach product knowledge to the right leader. We're looking for:

n
- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in trade, retail, hardware, or logistics.
n
- A Customer-First Mindset: Strong communication skills and a knack for building rapport with local tradies and commercial clients.
n
- Operational Drive: Positive organisation skills, practical problem-solving, and basic computer literacy.
n
- Licences: Valid Manual Driver's Licence (Forklift ticket is a bonus, or we can help you get one).
