Job Description

We're looking for experienced Production Line Labourers to join our meat processing team in Eurobin, VIC.

n

We have opportunities available for candidates with varying levels of experience, from general production duties through to slaughter floor operations.

n

Monday to Friday | 6am – 2pm

n

About the Role

n

Depending on your skills and experience, your duties may include:

n

n
- Carcass bagging
n
- Carcass sorting, branding and stamping
n
- Carcass and carton handling, storage and loadout
n
- Boning room packing
n
- Goat processing (shower, shave table, flamming and ticket machine)
n
- Data entry
n
- General cleaning and housekeeping
n

n

For experienced candidates, duties may also include:

n

n
- Gutting
n
- Brisket splitting and evisceration
n
- Legging and hide pulling
n
- Stick, bleed, weasand tie, hock and head removal
n
- Bung drop, flanking, udder removal and testicle retrieval
n
- Retain rail (CCP)
n
- Top and final trim

What We're Looking For

- Previous meat processing or abattoir experience
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- High safety awareness and the ability to identify workplace hazards
n
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
n
- Able to multitask and prioritise work
n
- Robust work ethic with a commitment to quality and teamwork
n
