CUSTOMER SERVICE, INSTALLATIONS & SALES COORDINATOR

Attic Group is a trusted Australian business with over 50 years' experience, specialising in attic storage, attic ladders and skylight installations for residential homes.

With a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking a capable Customer Service, Installations and Sales Co-ordinator to join the team immediately and support the smooth delivery of jobs from sale through to installation and invoicing.

n

The Role:

n

You will be the key link between customers, trades and the internal sales team.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Booking and scheduling installation jobs (attic storage, ladders and skylights)
n
- Co-ordinating works with internal and external trades
n
- Liaising with customers on dates, access and job details
n
- Supporting and nurturing trade relationships
n
- Working closely with the internal sales team to ensure smooth handover and job readiness
n




- Raising invoices and following up on on-time payments
n
- Sales administration and job documentation
n
- Occasional site visits as required
n

n

About You:

n

n
- Experience in residential building, construction or building products preferred
n
- Internal sales experience highly regarded
n
- Strong co-ordination, scheduling or customer service experience
n
- Confident communicator with trades, customers and sales teams
n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
n
