Tony White Group (TWG) is one of the largest automotive retail groups in Australia. The Newcastle & Hunter Division employs 400+ staff across 10 vehicle makes in 17 dealerships located in Hamilton, Cardiff, Rutherford and Raymond Terrace.

About the Role

n

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join the team at Kloster Hyundai as a Service Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a prestige brand in a growing automotive group.

As a Service Advisor, you will:

n

Respond promptly to phone, internet, and email inquiries from customers.

n

Greet customers upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.

n

Provide accurate parts and labour quotes to customers.

n

Process payments when customers are collecting their vehicles.

n

Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the day regarding the progress of their service.

n

Liaise effectively with technicians in the workshop, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.

n

What You Bring:

An exceptional track record in providing outstanding customer service.

n

Previous experience as a Service Advisor is favourable.

n

Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery.

n

A 'can do' attitude that thrives in a agile work environment.

n

Comfortable rapport with a diverse range of personalities.

A current unrestricted driver's licence.
