We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team.
n This position is ideal for nurses who are already residing in Australia, hold current AHPRA registration, and are looking for employer sponsorship to continue their nursing career in aged care.
n
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care, supporting residents' wellbeing, and leading care staff in alignment with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

What you'll be doing
n
Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care of residents
n
Administering medications and monitoring residents' health and wellbeing
n
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans
n
Providing leadership, guidance and support to the nursing team
n
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and organisational policies
n
Effectively communicating with residents, families and the broader care team
n
What we're looking for
n
n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
n
- Currently residing in Australia (essential)
n
- Significant experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting
n
- A minimum of 1 year experience in aged care or similar healthcare setting is required
n
- Robust clinical skills and expertise in managing the diverse health needs of older adults
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
n
- A compassionate, person-centred approach to care
n
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
n
n
Employer sponsorship is available for eligible candidates who are already in Australia and meet the Department of Home Affairs requirements.
n Overseas applicants without current AHPRA registration or Australian residence will not be considered at this stage.
