We areseekinga highly capable Project Manager to join the ANZ Commercial Programs team on an18‐month fixed term contract. This role will lead the delivery of key commercialandcustomisationinitiatives, including oversight of our 3PL-drivencustomisationprogram and external vendor ecosystem.

This is a critical execution role focused on translating strategicobjectivesinto scalable, actionable programs, working cross-functionally to deliver commercial impact, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer offerings.

WhatYou'llDo

n

Project/Program Delivery & Execution

n

Own end-to-end delivery of commercial,customisation, and strategic initiatives across ANZ

n

Manage a portfolio of programs annually, including:

n

n
- 3–4 complex, multi-phase initiatives
n
- A mix of shorter-cycle, rapid execution projects
n
- Translate business priorities into structured program plans with clear milestones, timelines, and ownership
n
- Drive execution discipline, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes
n

Cross-Functional Leadership

n

Partner closely with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, and external vendors

n

n
- Act as the central coordination point to align globalexpertisewith local execution needs
n
- Influence stakeholders across multiple functions to drive decisions andmaintainmomentum
n

n

CustomisationProgram Ownership

n

n




- Oversee the performance and scalability of thecustomisationprogram delivered via 3PL partners
n
- Manage relationships with warehouse operators and vendors to ensure service levels, quality, and output are met
n
- Support system integrations and workflows (e.g., ERP, Shopify, APIs) to ensure seamless execution
n
- Design and embed repeatable frameworks, templates, and playbooks to improve delivery consistency
n
- Identifyprocess inefficiencies, system gaps, and integration challenges, and implement improvements
n
- Continuously refine program management practices to support business growth and scalability
n

Governance & Reporting

n

- Track program performance, risks, dependencies, and key metrics
n
- Provide clear, concise updates and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders
n
- Proactivelyidentifyrisks and implement mitigation strategies
n

What You Bring

n

Greater than 5 years relevant experience. Bachelors preferred or equivalent experience

n

Proven experience in program or project management within operational, manufacturing, retail, or product-led environments

n

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with varying complexity

n

Robust experience working cross-functionally to deliver business-critical outcomes

n

Exposure to systems and integrations (ERP, eCommerce platforms, APIs) and their impact on workflows

n

Experience working with external vendors or third-partylogistics(3PL) partners preferred

n

Strong program management fundamentals (planning, execution, risk management, governance)

n

Ability to translate complex strategicobjectivesinto clear, actionable plans fordifferent functions

n

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

n

Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on practical, scalable solutions

n

High attention to detail with strong delivery discipline
